Argue the idea, not the person
Challenge claims and bring evidence. No harassment, hateful attacks, impersonation, doxxing or threats. A disagreement is not an invitation to target someone.
Keep evidence and entertainment distinct
Label opinion, satire and speculation. Link sources for factual claims. Historical-inspired character dialogue is AI-generated performance, not documentary evidence.
Make a useful suggestion
A strong debate motion is a clear question with plausible opposing positions. Tell us why it matters, select a format and explain the trade-off. Suggestions are reviewed before becoming publicly votable.
