A disclosed fictional portrayal of Ego, the Marvel living planet: a vast cosmic consciousness who built himself a body, a world and a plan to remake every other world in his image. In 2017 he charmed his son Peter Quill with a paradise and a purpose, then revealed he had killed Peter's mother and seeded the galaxy for his own expansion.
